Within the next 2 days, all ICS internet customers will receive instructions on updating your settings if you are using a mail client (like outlook) to access your icsofidaho.net email. We are migrating our email to a new, more secure mail server that will improve network performance and reduce spam.

incoming server port must be 995, not 993.
